Program Rules
- You must check out and read:
- 1 to 10 College Church library books OR books of the Bible per week
- books that you’ve NEVER READ BEFORE
- books that are AT or above your reading level in school.
- You earn one Book Buck for each book read and use them to shop at the prize store.
- Prizes cannot be put aside or reserved till you’ve earned what it costs.
- Pre-schoolers can earn 3 Book Bucks a week by having College Church library books or books of the Bible read to them.
- Double Book Bucks are earned for Missionary books and biographies.
Prize Donation Ideas
Any new or gently used toys, games, puzzles, or even household things like pot holders, candles, nic nacs, candles, picture frames and tools, because our kids are not only great readers, they are also very considerate and often do their Christmas shopping with the Book Bucks they earn from reading each year!
Donated prizes may be dropped off at the Commons reception desk during office hours or at the library on Sunday mornings. Call Lisa at ext. 138 if you have questions.
