Friday Night Parent Support Group
6-8 p.m. 1st Fridays, September--May
Come and network with other parents and caregivers over a delicious meal, and hear the strategies used by those who have already walked a similar road. Engage in conversation with others who can share your burden. Pass on your own life knowledge to those with younger children. Then enjoy a devotional time followed by speakers offering information on topics related to your unique needs. This program is designed for parents with children ages 16 and older (Support on Saturdays is provided for parents of younger STARS, ages 0-15). There is a $5 fee for dinner and reservations are required. You can RSVP by calling Dawn Clark at the church office, (630) 668-0878, ext. 265 or just send an e-mail.
