The College Church Library provides access to thousands of quality Christian books, tapes, CDs, videos and magazines free of charge. We take great care in the quality of materials we put on our shelves so that you can check each item out with confidence. We want to encourage a learning life-style for children and adults, and long to support the congregation in their walk with Jesus Christ.

Spring 2011
Anchor Verse Carnival
The Anchor Verse Carnival is an end of a program reward for all of the children who recite the Anchor Verses during the year. The Romans 12 Carnival will be held January 9 & 16. As children recite their verses to a librarian they accumulate tickets to play the carnival games. For more information about our Anchor Verse Program click here. Read-to-shop programs
Reading Program
The Reading Program (Read-to-Shop) rewards children who read books from the College Church library. Kindergarten through sixth graders may participate in this fun and rewarding reading incentive program. Over a period of six weeks, children read College Church library books to earn book bucks. Biographies and missions books always earn double book bucks. The book bucks are then spent in the prize store. There is always a Christmas reading program and, as the calendar allows, possibly a second one some other time in the year.
Christmas
Reading Program
The Christmas Read-to-Shop Program encourages kids (K-6) to read by rewarding them with book bucks. The children are encouraged (but not required) to buy Christmas gifts from the prize store for their families. Pre-schoolers may also participate by taking out three books from our "read-to-me" shelf each week. Click here for the Read-to-Shop program rules.
Many well read kids at College Church do all of their Christmas shopping in our library! Click here to see a list of suggested donations to fill the prize shelves. These donations are accepted throughout the year.
