WEDDINGS

If you are considering a wedding at College Church, please be aware of the following:

The purpose of marriage is the enrichment of the lives of those who enter into this estate, their purity and redemptive transformation, and the extension of Christ’s kingdom to the glory of God. Therefore, the Council of Elders sets forth the following requirements:

1. The prospective wedding party consists of one man and one woman. See Genesis 2:24.

2. Both the bride and groom are professing Christians.

3. Both the prospective bride and groom agree to College Church’s Articles of Faith and Standards of the Christian Life, and are not cohabitating prior to their marriage.

4. Either the bride and/or the groom is a member in good standing of College Church

or the bride and/or groom has been in regular attendance at worship services for at least six (6) months. Exceptions require specific approval of the Council of Elders.

OTHER EVENTS

For other events at College Church, be prepared with the following information when you contact us:

The date, time and size of your event, what part of the church facility you are interested in using, and any special needs you may have. Be prepared with alternate dates if possible.
